We launched our Life After Forces Programme back in 2019 with the aim of producing a platform for service men and women leaving the forces to enter the global energy arena.
Why did we launch the programme?
Launched in May 2019 our Life After Forces Programme was set up after our CEO was approached on the streets on London by an ex-force solider who was at the time homeless. Like we’re sure most would feel this didn’t sit right with Benjamin and the Hydro team. After consulting with several charities and ex-service men and women we felt as a business we could help make a difference, so The Life after programme was formed.
Under the programme Hydro Energy Group will donate 5% of its profit generated by supplying ex-service men and women into the energy sector. The money will be used to house and treat ex service personnel that are suffering with mental illness.
The Hydro team recently celebrated the holiday season with their annual Christmas party and award show.
It was a night filled with laughter and joy.
The conference program includes demos and workshops organized on the first day as an introductory event.We were representing the freelance and contract Hydrographic Survey community.
It was Europe’s leading event for the entire offshore energy industry and an opportunity to reach business leaders, highly qualified experts and professionals across global markets.
